We practice Kirtan Meditation which is one of the oldest meditation practices from the east and at the same time, is the fastest-growing meditation practice in the west.
It is a very simple and guided group meditation process, where you focus your mind and your heart in hearing and singing of the wonderful mantras (sacred yoga sound vibrations). The mantras are lead and guided by the instructor, accompanied by relaxing live music.
You will experience, as the heading says “deep peace” and inner joy during and after the class. And this is just the beginning!
What to expect: You can lay down, sit on a cushion or a chair. Everything is fully guided. Wear whatever you will feel comfortable in and something to keep you warm during the cooler seasons.
